Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original, unused condition, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
We recommend checking your order as soon as it arrives. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately, and we will take care of the issue promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to health and safety reasons, some products cannot be returned if they are opened or used. These exceptions will be clearly indicated on the product page. Additionally, sale items and gift cards are non-returnable. If you have any questions regarding specific products, feel free to reach out to us.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, we suggest completing a return for the original product. After your return is processed, you can place a new order for the item you wish to receive.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If the return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your payment provider may require additional time to process the refund.
